The Ebony Pyramid Entertainment Corporate Structure is broken down into three categories, Executive, Divisions, and Departments. The company is managed by the President/CEO, who receives consult from the Senior Executive Staff. The Senior Vice President manages the Vice Presidents who are delegated with the authority to ensure day-to-day operations is performed, with the assistance of Directors and staff, responsible for their respective departments.

This office serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overall oversight, budget, planning and creative direction of the company.

Programs & Entertainment Management
This division has oversight of Project Destination Pride travel and special events. The division is also responsible for oversight of Entertainment Management, such as productions, Artists Management, and Event Management. In addition, this division is also responsible for supporting all functions of the company, with primary support for logistics, inventory, and transportation.
